&lt;p&gt;The government said hotels and food outlets will be allowed to remain open from 7pm to 11:30pm, while wedding halls and banquet facilities can host events from 8pm to 12am.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It further clarified that home delivery and takeaway services will continue without any restrictions.&lt;/p&gt;
