The ceremony will air live on CBS and stream on Paramount+.

Calling it “the honour of an entire lifetime,” ​the three-time Grammy winner said Broadway has deeply ​influenced her career.

“It’s shaped how I put my own ⁠shows together,” Pink said in a press release. “Broadway is ​supportive, inclusive and full of talent and love. These people ​create magic every day, and I can’t wait to celebrate them with the world.”

Though she has never appeared on Broadway, Pink’s music is ​currently featured in two hit productions: “Moulin Rouge! The Musical,” ​which includes her song “Raise Your Glass,” as well as “& Juliet,” which includes ‌her ⁠song “F**kin’ Perfect.”

Tony Award executive producers Raj Kapoor, Sarah Levine Hall and Jack Sussman praised Pink as a natural fit. “She embodies the very spirit of live performance and theatre,” they ​said, citing ​her authenticity, stage ⁠presence and powerhouse voice.

The 46-year-old singer is regarded as a pop icon, with a ​Daytime Emmy, seven MTV Video Music Awards - including ​the ⁠2017 Vanguard Award - and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Founded in 1947, the Tony Awards honour excellence on ⁠Broadway ​and are produced by Tony Award ​Productions, a joint venture between the American Theatre Wing and The Broadway League.
