&lt;p&gt;The districts most affected are Zhob, Kohlu, Dakki, Jafarabad, Harnai, Kech, Kachi, Qila Abdullah, and Musakhel.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In total, 35 houses were destroyed, and 127 were partially damaged in the heavy rains.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Additionally, 65 sheep and goats were killed by lightning in Musakhel.&lt;/p&gt;
