Police ended the five-day sit-in at the Anbar Interchange and restored traffic flow, including on the Attock Bridge GT Road connecting Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Roads connecting Dera Ismail Khan to Mianwali and Chashma, the Dera Ismail Khan-Islamabad Motorway (M-14), and the CPEC York Toll Plaza were also cleared.

The Havelian and Muslimabad interchanges on the Hazara Motorway have reopened under police supervision.

The Advocate General said work on the Safe City master plan was ongoing.

The court emphasised that stricter enforcement would prevent future violations.

Authorities say the situation is now under control, with patrolling continuing at sensitive locations to maintain law and order.
