A ministry spokesperson said pilgrims can complete the biometric verification process from home using a mobile application.

The service is also available at Saudi Tasheer Centres set up in six major cities.

Pilgrims have been advised to safely keep the receipt or confirmation email issued by the Tasheer Centres after completing the biometric process.

The spokesperson said biometric verification is mandatory for obtaining a Haj visa, and no visa will be issued without completing this requirement.
