&lt;p&gt;The ex-mill price has been set at Rs 104 per kilogram, while a 10-kg ex-mill bag will cost Rs 1,040.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Pakistan Flour Mills Association has welcomed the decision.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Its chairman, Junaid Aziz, confirmed that flour will now be sold at Rs 107 per kilogram in retail.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He said the government has provided 230,000 tons of wheat for the months of December and January.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to the association, the monthly demand of flour mills ranges between 250,000 and 300,000 tons.&lt;/p&gt;
