Gorakh Hill Station, located in the Kirthar mountain range near Dadu district on the Sindh-Balochistan border, is the only elevated hill station in Sindh.

Snowfall in the area occurs only once every several years, making the event rare.

Following the snowfall, temperatures at the hill station dropped to minus two degrees Celsius, significantly changing the weather conditions.

The scenic landscape has attracted visitors from distant areas.

Gorakh Hill Station stands at an elevation of 1,734 metres and covers an area of around 2,500 acres.

Although the site is still under development, it remains a popular destination due to its natural environment and mountainous terrain.

Located approximately 423 kilometres from Karachi, Gorakh Hill is considered a major recreational spot for tourists seeking cold weather and scenic views within Sindh.
