&lt;p&gt;According to the advisory, the weather system may intensify tomorrow, with rain expected in the upper and central parts of Islamabad and its surroundings.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Effects of the system may continue until the morning of January 2.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Snowfall is expected in Naran, Kaghan, Swat, Dir, Murree, Galyat and Skardu, with fears of road closures due to heavy snowfall.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Landslides are also possible in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Kashmir.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The NDMA has advised tourists to avoid unnecessary travel.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rain is also expected to reduce fog intensity in Punjab and upper Sindh, while the administration has been directed to remain on alert.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In Balochistan, the weather system is expected to enter tonight, bringing rain and snowfall between December 29 and 31 in 23 districts, including Quetta, Ziarat, Kalat, Chaman, Zhob, Sibi, Loralai, Khuzdar, Gwadar, Kech, Lasbela, Awaran, Chagai, Panjgur and others. Snowfall is likely in northern mountainous areas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Minimum recorded temperatures included Quetta 3°C, Kalat 2°C, Ziarat 0°C, Zhob 4°C, Sibi 10°C, Turbat 12°C, Nokundi 8°C, Chaman 4°C, Gwadar 9°C and Jiwani 12°C.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, most parts of the country are expected to remain cold and dry, with thunderstorms and rain likely in northern and western Balochistan.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dense fog is expected in the plains of Punjab and upper Sindh, while Islamabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and northern Punjab will see cold and cloudy weather.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Snowfall and very cold conditions are expected in Murree, Galyat, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan.&lt;/p&gt;
