      <title>Regional conference on terrorism threats from Afghan soil to be held in Tehran</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A regional conference focusing on terrorism threats emanating from Afghan soil will be held in Tehran on Sunday, bringing together special representatives from Afghanistan’s neighbouring countries.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The meeting will be attended by special envoys and senior officials from Pakistan, Russia, China, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan and Tajikistan, according to officials familiar with the arrangements.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pakistan will be represented by Special Representative for Afghanistan Mohammad Sadiq, Obaidur Rehman Nizamani and Mudassir Tipu.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi will address the conference, which aims to assess regional security challenges linked to Afghanistan and explore coordinated responses among neighbouring states.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Officials said the discussions will focus on emerging threats, cross-border security concerns and the need for closer regional cooperation to counter terrorism and instability.&lt;/p&gt;
