Additional District and Sessions Judge Afzal Majoka presided over the proceedings.

Both Mazari and Chatha appeared before the court. During the hearing, the defence counsel informed the judge that a related petition is still pending before the Islamabad High Court.

The counsel argued that further proceedings should wait until the High Court issues its decision.

After reviewing the update, Judge Majoka noted that the court will resume the case once the High Court clarifies the matter.

He then ordered that the hearing be adjourned and fixed December 15 as the next date of hearing.
