&lt;p&gt;The Public Accounts Committee (PAC) III reported recovering Rs 300 million from various cases of mismanagement.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Education Department has submitted its recovery report to the committee.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Further investigations revealed that records of several financial irregularities were not shared with the Audit Department, and registration fees were not collected from private schools.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Mismanagement in procurement, illegal allowances to staff, and unlawful payments under the name of security accounts were also reported.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The PAC has directed action against responsible officials and ordered further investigation to ensure accountability.&lt;/p&gt;
