&lt;p&gt;The 10-gram rate rose by Rs2,315 to Rs383,112.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Saturday had also seen a sharp increase, with the per-tola price reaching Rs444,162 after a Rs5,300 jump.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;International gold prices gained $27 to hit $4,245 per ounce, including a $20 premium.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Silver prices in the local market also moved higher, rising Rs54 to reach Rs5,963 per tola.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Global bullion remained mostly steady after touching a six-week high on Monday, as investors adopted a risk-off stance ahead of a potential US rate cut later this month.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Spot gold edged down 0.1% to $4,225.91 per ounce at 0534 GMT.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Silver rose 0.7% to $56.78 per ounce after briefly touching a record $57.86.&lt;/p&gt;
