The hearing was conducted by ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah, during which lawyers representing Shaukat Khanum appeared in court.

The prosecutor, Zaheer Shah, told the court that no formal request had been filed to freeze the cancer hospital’s accounts.

He added that Aleema Khan’s personal accounts had been frozen by the State Bank using her CNIC number, following prosecution requests.

The court also ordered the unfreezing of accounts belonging to Namal University.

Prosecutors stated they had no objection to unfreezing the accounts of Shaukat Khanum Hospital and Namal University.

Aleema Khan, the sister of PTI founder Imran Khan, is facing cases in connection with the November 26 protest.

Earlier, the ATC had ordered the seizure of Aleema Khan’s CNIC and passport and had directed the freezing of her personal and business accounts.
