&lt;p&gt;The department said that 5,900 patients have recovered, while dengue has claimed the lives of four individuals in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa this year.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hospitals across the province are currently treating eight patients for dengue-related illness.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Authorities continue to urge residents to take preventive measures against mosquito breeding to curb the outbreak.&lt;/p&gt;
