During the proceedings, details of Aleema Khan’s properties in Punjab were submitted by the Board of Revenue.

According to the report, she owns 217 kanals and 5 marlas in Mianwali, 64 kanals and 14 marlas in Raiwind, and 51 kanals and 16 marlas in Bhakkar.

Aleema Khan also owns 4 kanals and 13 marlas in Sheikhupura, while additional records show ownership of property in Lahore’s Mian Mir (1 kanal 4 marlas) and Noor Pur Kanohq (1 kanal 1 marla).

In total, the report stated, Aleema Khan holds 338 kanals of land across four districts.

ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah conducted the hearing and, noting the repeated absence of the accused, issued fresh non-bailable arrest warrants.

Prosecutor Zaheer Shah argued that legal action could be taken if the accused continued to remain absent.

Owing to the absence of the accused and defence counsel, the court was unable to record witness testimony.

The hearing was adjourned until November 20.
