During his visit, the prime minister will review the upgradation project of Karachi’s Cantt Railway Station.

Minister for Railways Hanif Abbasi will brief Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on the provision of modern facilities at the station.

Meanwhile, Pakistan Railways has completed the renovation and upgradation of Karachi Cantt Railway Station, and the station is set to be inaugurated today.

The station has been upgraded with modern and improved facilities to enhance the passenger experience.

Under the upgradation project, Karachi Cantt now features CIP lounges, escalators, expanded waiting areas, executive washrooms, point-of-sale and ATMs for instant ticketing, free Wi-Fi, and several other state-of-the-art amenities.
