      <title>Justice Aminuddin takes oath as Chief Justice of Federal Constitutional Court</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Justice Aminuddin Khan has taken the oath as the first Chief Justice of the Federal Constitutional Court of Pakistan on Friday.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Pakistan President Asif Ali Zardari administered the oath at the Islamabad High Court building.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Yahya Afridi and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif were present.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The ceremony was also attended by the senior government officials, including the Speaker National Assembly Ayaz Sadiq, and the Chairman Senate Syed Yousuf Raza Gillani.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari was also present at the ceremony.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The president approved Justice Aminuddin’s appointment as the inaugural chief justice of the Federal Constitutional Court last night, after which the Ministry of Law issued the formal notification.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif had sent the advice for the appointment to the president. Justice Aminuddin also heads the constitutional bench formed under the 26th constitutional amendment.&lt;/p&gt;
