&lt;p&gt;She even quoted three excerpts from the chief minister’s address, appreciating her clarity and passion for climate action.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hickey said the World Bank was ready to collaborate with the Punjab government on clean air, forestation, and sustainable development projects, and invited Punjab to participate in the international carbon market.&lt;/p&gt;
