      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif met President Asif Ali Zardari at Aiwan-e-Sadr on Tuesday, hours after a deadly suicide attack outside the district and sessions court in Islamabad left 12 people dead and 36 injured.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;During the meeting, the two leaders reviewed the country’s overall political and security situation and strongly condemned the recent terrorist incidents.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;They reaffirmed their resolve to continue operations against foreign-backed terrorists and their facilitators until terrorism is eliminated from Pakistan.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to the state broadcaster PTV, the meeting also included discussions on key national issues.&lt;/p&gt;
