&lt;p&gt;641 positive cases out of 4,371 tests were reported in Karachi, while Hyderabad confirmed 550 new infections.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Hospitals across the province also reported a steady rise in admissions, with 109 new dengue patients admitted to government hospitals and 100 to private hospitals in the past 24 hours.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Health authorities said that 4,940 dengue cases have been recorded so far this month, bringing the total number of infections this year to 10,502.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Officials have urged citizens to take precautionary measures and help prevent mosquito breeding to curb the spread of the virus.&lt;/p&gt;
