The dumper driver, identified as Niazullah, was presented in court by the Garden West police.

According to reports, the driver ran over Shahzaib in the Garden area, leading to his death and injuring his wife.

Witnesses to the incident apprehended the driver and handed him over to the police.

Niazullah’s lawyer, Nazirullah Mehsud, filed a bail application on behalf of the accused.

The court approved the bail application against a surety bond of Rs3 million.

However, due to the non-payment of the surety amount, the accused has been sent to jail.

Nazirullah Mehsud, the lawyer, stated that the surety amount would be deposited by tomorrow, allowing the driver’s release.
