This is the sixth time that non-bailable arrest warrants have been issued for her.

ATC Judge Amjad Ali Shah conducted the hearing and directed authorities to arrest and produce the accused before the court.

During the proceedings, the National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) submitted a report confirming that Aleema Khan’s passport and national identity card have been blocked.

The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) also informed the court that a circular has been issued to all banks across the country to freeze Aleema Khan’s accounts.

The court was further told that the orders regarding the blocking of her ID and passport and freezing of bank accounts have been fully implemented.

The case pertains to rioting, vandalism, and arson registered at the Sadiqabad Police Station in connection with the November 26 protest.

In a related development, a man named Arif, who appeared before the court regarding the custody of a vehicle used during the protest, failed to submit the required surety bond.

The court subsequently sent him to jail.

The court again ordered law enforcement agencies to arrest and present Aleema Khan at the next hearing.
