&lt;p&gt;According to a statement from the High Commission, the visas have been granted under the framework of the Pakistan-India Protocol on Visits to Religious Shrines.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The celebrations will be held in Pakistan from November 4 to 13.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chargé d’Affaires Saad Warraich extended his best wishes to the Sikh pilgrims, expressing hope that their visit would strengthen the bonds of peace and religious harmony between the peoples of Pakistan and India.&lt;/p&gt;
