&lt;p&gt;According to a notification issued by the project director of Hub Dam, the canal will remain completely closed from October 28 to 29, and the Karachi Water Board has been informed about the shutdown.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Wapda said the temporary closure is aimed at performing essential repair and maintenance tasks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As a result, water supply to parts of District West, Keamari, and Central Karachi will remain suspended for the two days.&lt;/p&gt;
