Shahbaz Sharif will be accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar and other delegates.

The summit will be jointly chaired by US President Donald Trump and Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas will also be a part of the signing ceremony.

World leaders will discuss the implementation of the peace plan, finalise its course and oversee its implementation.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi thanks Egyptian President for the invitation but says Tehran cannot sit with those who attack Iran, condemns ongoing threats, sanctions, and calls the Abraham Accords a “deception.”
