According to local reports, intermittent rain and hail hit Mingora city and surrounding areas, while the tourist resorts of Gabin Jabba and Kalam valley experienced heavy hail and snowfall.

A severe hailstorm in Gabin Jabba and nearby localities blocked the link road at Lalkoo, prompting the arrival of rescue teams.

Officials said machinery has been deployed to clear the route, and efforts are underway to restore traffic.

Meanwhile, the upper parts of Kalam valley received the season’s first snowfall, adding to the scenic beauty of the region.

The rain and snowfall have turned the weather pleasant, attracting tourists to the valley.
