&lt;p&gt;Provincial Minister for Transport Bilal Akbar Butt briefed the chief minister on the project, informing her that in the first phase, 16 electric buses would run on four routes in the city.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The buses are equipped with Wi-Fi, mobile charging ports, and CCTV cameras, while a separate compartment has been allocated for women passengers. Charging stations have also been set up in Sahiwal to support the new service.&lt;/p&gt;
