&lt;p&gt;The sources claimed that Gul Rehman was the mastermind behind the Jaffar Express attack and served as a trainer and operational commander for the Majid Brigade, a militant wing of the Fitna Al Hindustan.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;He was also allegedly involved in numerous attacks targeting security forces, Chinese nationals, civilians, and various state institutions, the sources added.&lt;/p&gt;
