&lt;p&gt;Relief Commissioner Punjab, Nabeel Javed, said that 337 relief camps and 429 medical camps are operating in flood-hit districts, along with 368 veterinary camps to treat livestock.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The report noted that Mangla Dam is currently 95% full and Tarbela Dam has reached 100% capacity.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the Indian side of the Sutlej River, Bhakra Dam is 88% filled, Pong Dam 94%, and Thein Dam 88%, raising further concerns over water flows.&lt;/p&gt;
