According to the report, 118 people lost their lives in various flood-related incidents, while more than 4,700 villages were affected across the province.

Overall, 4.723 million people have been impacted by the disaster, with 2.611 million shifted to safer locations.

Relief Commissioner Punjab, Nabeel Javed, said that 337 relief camps and 429 medical camps are operating in flood-hit districts, along with 368 veterinary camps to treat livestock.

The report noted that Mangla Dam is currently 95% full and Tarbela Dam has reached 100% capacity.

On the Indian side of the Sutlej River, Bhakra Dam is 88% filled, Pong Dam 94%, and Thein Dam 88%, raising further concerns over water flows.

Javed confirmed that a survey will soon be launched to assess damages, ensuring compensation for affected citizens through a transparent and accessible mechanism.

He added that the government remains focused on relief operations, with efforts continuing to provide food, shelter, and medical assistance to those displaced.
