      <title>Girls dominate Lahore Board Intermediate results</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Lahore Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE) on Wednesday announced the results of Intermediate Part-II examinations, with girls securing the top spots overall.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Khadija Tahira of KIPS College, Sheikhupura, clinched first position with 1,159 marks, while Maliha Khan of Government Kinnaird College took second place with 1,157 marks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The third position was shared by three students — Hareem Irfan of Punjab College for Girls, Kasur, Muhammad Tanveer of KIPS College, Sheikhupura, and Muhammad Shaban of Punjab College of Science, Ferozepur Road — each scoring 1,156 marks.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the General Science group, Muhammad Usman and Hadia Yousuf jointly clinched the top spot with 1,136 marks each.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Subhan Zahoor and Haji Abdullah followed in second place with 1,134 marks, while Muhammad Ibrahim and Abdullah shared third with 1,130 marks apiece.&lt;/p&gt;
