      <title>Death toll rises to 112 due to floods caused by Punjab rivers: PDMA</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab has released a report on the damages caused by floods in the Ravi, Sutlej and Chenab rivers.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to the report, 112 people have lost their lives in different incidents linked to flooding caused by the Ravi, Sutlej and Chenab rivers.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;Gujranwala and Gujrat region recorded the highest number of deaths – 45.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Since June 2025, 186 people have lost their lives, while 648 were left injured.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;More than 4,700 villages have been affected. A total of 4.721 million people have been displaced, with 2.608 million relocated to safer areas.&lt;/p&gt;
