The hearing was conducted by Additional District and Sessions Judge Chaudhry Amir Zia.

During proceedings, Samiya Hijab recorded her statement before the court.

When the judge asked whether the matter had been resolved, she replied in the affirmative, adding that she had no objection to the accused being granted bail or acquitted.

Following her statement, the court accepted Hassan Zahid’s bail.

Police records show that two separate cases had been registered against Zahid at Shalimar Police Station.

Before the hearing began, court staff asked media representatives to leave the courtroom.
