&lt;p&gt;According to a PDMA spokesperson, rain is expected in the upper areas of the rivers in Punjab from September 16 to 19.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In view of the expected rains, the PDMA Punjab has instructed all commissioners and deputy commissioners across the province to remain on alert.&lt;/p&gt;
