&lt;p&gt;According to Relief Commissioner Punjab Nabeel Javed, more than 4,500 villages have been inundated by the ongoing flood crisis.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Chenab alone has affected 2,315 villages, while 1,495 have been impacted along the Ravi and 666 along the Sutlej.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At least 79 people have lost their lives in flood-related incidents, the report said.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Overall, 4.287 million people have been affected, while rescue teams and other authorities have evacuated 2.262 million people to safer locations.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The PDMA also highlighted the strain on reservoirs. Mangla Dam has reached 90 percent capacity, while Tarbela Dam is filled to 100 percent.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;On the Indian side of the Sutlej, Bhakra Dam is at 90 percent, Pong Dam at 99 percent, and Thein Dam at 97 percent.&lt;/p&gt;
