      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Rain lashed various parts of Karachi on Monday morning, bringing relief from the heat but also causing disruption in several low-lying areas.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Areas including PECH Society, Do Talwar, Saddar, Guru Mandir, Lasbela, Golimar, Nazimabad, and surrounding neighbourhoods experienced consistent showers.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Light rain and drizzle were also reported in Defence, Korangi, Shahrah-e-Faisal, and Gulshan-e-Iqbal.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Other parts of the city, including Qayyumabad, Mehmoodabad, Manzoor Colony, Baloch Colony, Burns Road, and MA Jinnah Road, also reported drizzle throughout the morning.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Some private schools in the city announced closures due to the weather.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) has forecast heavy rain in certain parts of Karachi later today.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In other parts of Sindh, including Larkana, Naushahro Feroze, and Sehwan, heavy rains have already been recorded, resulting in urban flooding in low-lying areas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In response to the ongoing weather conditions, the National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA) has issued a rain alert for Punjab, Sindh, and Balochistan from today until September 10.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Citizens have been advised to remain cautious, avoid unnecessary travel, and stay updated through official weather bulletins.&lt;/p&gt;
