According to the PMD, heavy showers are expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, and several districts of Punjab.

Downpours are also forecast in Dir, Swat, and Mansehra.

In Sindh, rainfall is likely in Sanghar, Ghotki, Tharparkar, and Umerkot, while Zhob, Musakhel, and Barkhan in Balochistan are also expected to receive rain.

In Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan, partly cloudy skies are expected with chances of rain.

The PMD warned of potential landslides in hilly regions, including Murree, Galiyat, and Kashmir, along with the risk of flooding in streams and low-lying areas.

The NDMA has issued a specific alert for Azad Kashmir, forecasting heavy downpours in Neelum Valley, Muzaffarabad, Bagh, Haveli, and Kotli.

The authority cautioned that flash floods could hit urban and rural low-lying areas, while landslides may disrupt mountainous regions.

Residents living near rivers and streams have been advised to remain vigilant, and citizens have been urged to avoid unnecessary travel during the forecast period.
