      <title>Dengue cases rise in twin cities, cross 300 mark</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The dengue outbreak has intensified in the twin cities of Islamabad and Rawalpindi, with over 300 cases, as 19 new cases have emerged within the last 24 hours.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Out of 8 fresh cases in Islamabad within 24 hours, two were reported from rural areas and six from the urban ones.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In Rawalpindi, 11 new cases were confirmed during the last 24 hours, bringing the city’s overall tally to 144.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Currently, 51 patients are under treatment in different hospitals across the district.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, the district administration has stepped up its anti-dengue operations. As part of the campaign, 1,517 sites have been sealed and more than 3,000 challans have been issued against violations.&lt;/p&gt;
