&lt;p&gt;According to details, the tragic incident occurred in the Degari coalfield of Mach when toxic gas suddenly filled the underground mine, causing the workers to lose consciousness and die on the spot.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rescue teams reported that one of the deceased miners was a resident of Hazara Town, Quetta, while the other two belonged to Alamdar Road.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Chief Inspector of Mines and Minerals, Abdul Ghani, also inspected the area to assess the nature and initial causes of the accident.&lt;/p&gt;
