      <title>Gold prices rise sharply in Pakistan on global market rally</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;Gold prices in Pakistan rose sharply on Saturday, mirroring gains in the international market.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the local market, the price of gold per tola climbed by Rs4,100 to reach Rs359,800.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA), the price of 10-gram gold increased by Rs3,515 to Rs308,470.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;A day earlier, gold had closed at Rs355,700 per tola after a decline of Rs1,500.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;In the international market, the yellow metal also recorded an uptick.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The rate stood at $3,371 per ounce (including a $20 premium), reflecting a gain of $41, APGJSA reported.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, silver prices also moved higher, with the per tola rate rising by Rs108 to settle at Rs4,121.&lt;/p&gt;
