&lt;p&gt;The district administration reported that inspections were carried out at more than 4.1 million households in Rawalpindi.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Dengue larvae were found at 12,551 locations. Authorities launched strict action against violators of dengue SOPs: 2,709 individuals faced legal action, 1,167 premises were sealed, and 2,921 challans were issued. In Murree, 53 sites were sealed and 191 fines imposed.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Health authorities said operations are ongoing to eliminate breeding sites and urged the public to follow preventive guidelines to curb the spread of the virus.&lt;/p&gt;
