Karachi

In Karachi, the central procession for the Chehlum of Imam Hussain (AS) will begin at Nishter Park and conclude at Imam Bargah Hussainia Iranian in Kharadar.

Security remains tight, with M.A. Jinnah Road from Gurumandir to Tower closed to all vehicles. Containers have been placed on access roads leading to the procession route, and traffic police have provided alternative routes for commuters.

• Vehicles from Nazimabad can access Nishtar Road via Lasbela Chowk.

• Traffic from Liaquatabad will be rerouted from Teen Hatti to Lasbela Chowk.

• Vehicles heading to the Exhibition from Sharah-e-Quaid can take Kashmir Road.

Shops and markets along M.A. Jinnah Road, Saddar, Empress Market, Tower Saddar, and Kharadar are sealed for security purposes.

Punjab

In Lahore, the main procession will start from Haveli Alif Shah at Delhi Darwaza and will conclude at Karbala Gamay Shah.

Approximately 30,000 police officers and personnel will be deployed for security at 382 processions and gatherings.

Lahore police have finalized security arrangements, assigning over 5,000 personnel to safeguard 40 gatherings and 12 mourning processions.

Peshawar

Peshawar will see two processions for the Chehlum of Imam Hussain. The first will depart from Imam Bargah Akhundabad at 3pm, followed by the second from Jamia Masjid Kocha Rasul Dar at the same time.

A mourning session is scheduled at Imam Bargah Alamdar Karbala at noon.

Rawalpindi

In Rawalpindi, more than 4,000 police officers and personnel will ensure the safety of participants. Over 200 officers will manage traffic, and walk-through gates will be set up at entry points.

Attendees will undergo body checks before entering, with monitoring conducted via Safe City cameras.

Islamabad

The central procession in Islamabad will follow its designated route, concluding at Imam Bargah Isna Ashari.

Quetta

In Quetta, the main procession will emerge from Alamdar Road, with strict security measures in place, including a heavy police presence along the designated routes.
