      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;The Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Punjab has issued an alert for the fifth spell of monsoon rains expected across the province, with the possibility of urban flooding in major cities.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The fifth monsoon rain spell will shower the various districts of the provinces from July 28 to July 31.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to a PDMA spokesperson, heavy downpours are forecast in several districts, including Murree, Galiyat, Attock, Chakwal, Jhelum, Mandi Bahauddin, Gujrat, Gujranwala, and Hafizabad.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Rainfall is also expected in Sheikhupura, Sialkot, Narowal, Sahiwal, Jhang, Toba Tek Singh, Khushab, Sargodha, Mianwali, Nankana Sahib, Chiniot, Faisalabad, and Okara.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;From July 29 to 31, showers are also predicted in Dera Ghazi Khan, Bhakkar, Bahawalpur, Khanewal, Pakpattan, Vehari, Lodhran, Muzaffargarh, and Rajanpur.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;PDMA Director General Irfan Ali Kathia has instructed all Commissioners and Deputy Commissioners across Punjab to remain on high alert. He particularly emphasised the risk of urban flooding in Rawalpindi, Gujranwala, and Faisalabad, urging precautionary measures.&lt;/p&gt;
