      <title>NDMA announces rescue of Gilgit tourists by PAF’s C-130 aircraft</title>

      <description>&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;In response to flood crisis NDMA announced to rescue Domestic and International tourists stranded in Gilgit-Baltistan by airlift.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;According to local sources, arrangements have been finalised to evacuate the effected people with the help of Pakistan Air Force’s C-130 aircraft. The rescue flight have been scheduled for today.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;All tourists are urged to submit their details, including full name, father’s or husband’s name and national identity card number and board the flight immediately.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Gilgit administration also advised individuals to seek assistance or further information from the office of the Additional Deputy Commissioner.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The NDMA has also released an update on the human toll of the ongoing monsoon season.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;At least 13 people lost their lives in the past 24 hours due to rain-related incidents across the country, with another 13 sustaining injuries.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Meanwhile, Punjab recorded the highest number of casualties, with seven deaths reported, followed by Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, where three individuals died in flood-related incidents.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Islamabad reported two fatalities, while Azad Jammu and Kashmir recorded one death.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The NDMA has warned of continued heavy rainfall in the coming days and urged citizens to exercise caution, avoid low-lying and flood-prone areas, and stay informed through official advisories as the monsoon intensifies.&lt;/p&gt;
