&lt;p&gt;D Pharmacy fees have risen from Rs 18,000 to Rs 23,000, while LLB students will face a 28% increase.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Medical diploma programmes have also been affected, with a 16% rise in fees.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This move comes amid broader trends in public higher education, with the average fee increase at major public universities across the country now standing at 28%.&lt;/p&gt;
