According to the Inter-Services Public Relations, the operation was carried out in Kalat district after receiving information on the presence of terrorists belonging to Indian-proxy Fitna Al Hindustan.

According to the ISPR, security forces effectively targeted the terrorist hideout during the operation, killing four Indian-sponsored terrorists during the intense exchange of fire.

Weapons, bullets and explosives were also recovered from the possession of the slain terrorists. The slain terrorists were involved in several terrorist acts in the area.

The Pakistan Army spokesperson said that a sanitisation operation was conducted in the area to eliminate any potential terrorists.

The security forces are determined to eliminate the menace of Indian-sponsored terrorism from the country and will bring the perpetrators of terrorism to justice, the spokesperson added.

Earlier, according to the ISPR, security forces conducted an operation in the Pehrud area of Balochistan on the night between July 19 and 20 on information about the movement of terrorists.

According to the ISPR, four terrorists were killed during this operation. The security forces also recovered a flag of Fitna Al Hindustan and weapons from their possession.

Meanwhile, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif paid tribute to the security forces for the successful operation in Kalat and praised them for eliminating the terrorists of Fitna Al Hindustan.

The prime minister said that the nation stands with the security forces in the war against terrorism and is determined to completely eradicate all forms of terrorism from the country.
