According to an official statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the meeting “encompassed discussion on matters of mutual interest, evolving regional dynamics, security challenges and matters pertaining to defence cooperation.”

During the high-level engagement, both military leaders “agreed to undertake defence industrial collaboration and exchange of technical expertise to address contemporary security challenges.”

Upon his arrival at GHQ, the Libyan commander laid a floral wreath at the Yadgar-e-Shuhada to honour the sacrifices of the Pakistan Army martyrs. He was given a warm welcome and presented with a guard of honour by a smartly turned-out contingent of the Pakistan Army.

The visit signifies a growing commitment between the two countries to strengthen military ties and contribute to regional stability through enhanced collaboration.
