Police have completed both the post-mortem examination of her body and a detailed forensic inspection of her apartment. All collected evidence has been forwarded to the forensic laboratory at the University of Karachi for analysis.

According to investigative sources, nine samples in total have been sent for forensic testing, including a blood sample from Humaira Asghar’s brother. The DNA verification aims to identify any possible connections or inconsistencies.

Officials reported that four samples were gathered during the post-mortem, while another four were collected from different spots inside the residence. Forensic experts are working to determine the precise cause of death.
