The breakdown by region is as follows:

• Punjab leads with 76,563,243 registered voters,
• Followed by Sindh with 28,170,274,
• Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with 22,874,402,
• And Balochistan with 5,613,371 voters.
• The federal capital, Islamabad, has 1,207,287 registered voters.
