The security force includes lady police, intelligence units, the bomb disposal squad, and the Quick Response Force (QRF), all assigned to safeguard participants and prevent any security threats.

Stringent checking has been enforced at all entry and exit points of processions, with enhanced surveillance of suspicious individuals to avert any potential incidents.

Senior police officials are conducting field visits to monitor security arrangements, assess staff presence and readiness, and ensure all plans are effectively in place to uphold peace and order during Muharram.
