&lt;p&gt;Highlighting fiscal discipline, Nosherwani said the government utilized 100% of its allocated funds and achieved Rs14 billion in savings through strict austerity measures.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;He vowed that the government would continue efforts to provide relief to the people and create job opportunities for youth, noting that Balochistan is rich in untapped resources.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;–	Non-developmental: Rs17.48 billion&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The Balochistan government has allocated Rs83.7 billion for non-development expenditures to maintain law and order, along with Rs3 billion for development initiatives in the security sector.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The finance minister announced that a new “People’s Train Service” will be launched in collaboration with Pakistan Railways.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The service will initially run between Quetta, Saryab, and Kuchlak.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;As part of the project, five existing railway stations will be upgraded, while two new stations will be constructed to enhance connectivity and infrastructure in the region.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Nosherwani claimed that the provincial government had made significant achievements in a short period and would continue prioritizing the development of rural areas and service delivery across sectors.&lt;/p&gt;
